Carlos Güereca

CARLOS GÜERECA is a lead budget analyst with the Tax Expenditure Review Commission staffed by the Legislative Budget Office.

Prior to this role, Mr. Güereca reviewed fiscal notes concerning health and human services and health licensing boards. Prior to joining the LBO, Mr. Güereca was a program coordinator for Centro Tyrone Guzman, a non-profit organization in Minneapolis. Mr. Güereca earned a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Güereca received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
