Jim Carlson

JIM CARLSON is a Legislative Budget Office lead budget analyst with oversight of fiscal notes concerning the environment.

Before working for the LBO, Mr. Carlson spent eleven years working for the MN Department of Revenue where he gained experience working with fiscal notes, tax policy, and auditing. Mr. Carlson has a bachelor’s degree in financial management with minors in economics and English from the University of Minnesota, Morris.
